Crystal Palace B&B - Terms and Conditions

Payment Details:

For all confirmed direct bookings, we require full payment via Paypal (including credit/debit card payments via Paypal).
Prices are for the suite of rooms per night and include Continental breakfast and all taxes. 
Maximum stay 31 nights.
The person booking must be 18 years or older, or provide written authorization from their guardian (who must be over 18 years old).

Cancellation:

Full refund up to 7 days prior to arrival (to 14.00 hrs).
If cancellation occurs 180 days or more after booking, then a 10% administration charge will apply.
Cancellation after 7 days prior to arrival (or non-arrival or curtailment of stay) will result in the full amount being charged.
We recommend that our guests insure against cancellation.

Non-availability:

We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control, and we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Arrival and Departure:

Your accommodation is available to you from 14.00 hrs on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.

Damages and Breakages:

You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you or any member of your party cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to make a charge and send you an invoice, for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. We may also make an additional charge if you did not report this.

Liability:

We do not accept liability for damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Children:

We accept children over the age of 4 years. Younger children may also be accepted by prior arrangement.

Pets:

Owing to allergy concerns, we do not accept pets.

Data:

Any data gathered during the course of your booking may be held on computer. We execute appropriate protection of all personal information provided.
